WORK EXPERIENCE

Master Thesis - Epiroc

JAN 2023 - JUN 2023

  • The idea behind this Master Thesis is to develop and train a neural network for a point set segmentation and classification task. This module can then detect and localize drill holes, support bolts and rough surfaces in underground drilling.

Software developer - Epiroc

JUNE 2022 - ONGOING

  • For Epiroc I work as a software developer and develop application as well as autotests for their underground rock drilling machines, including Raiseboring and Easer Maskin.

Care assistant - Örebro kommun

MAY 2020 - ONGOING

  • As a care assistant, I work in a nursing home where I help people with dementia with their daily routines. This work develops my communication skills and my problem solving abilities.

Prison guard - The Swedish Prison and Probation Service Kalmar

MAY 2019 - AUGUST 2019

  • Tasks included administrative work, supervision, security, conversation, group work, documentation and telephone contacts. The position gave me a good understanding of people's different living conditions and the importance of carrying out tasks in a structured way.

Assistant nurse - Kalmar kommun care administration

MAY 2018 - AUGUST 2018

  • Nursing assistant in home care with a focus on elderly people in their homes, which gave me experience in independently planning and carrying out my tasks in a flexible way.

Machine operator - Guldfågeln AB

MAY 2017 - AUGUST 2018

  • At Guldfågeln I worked as a machine operator and forklift driver. Here I developed my ability for team work as every cog in the production line was important to complete the job.

Dialogue leader - Fryshuset

MAY 2016 - AUGUST 2016

  • For Fryshuset, I worked as a dialogue leader and mentor for newly arrived young people in a programme called "SO för Unga". The project was managed by Fryshuset in cooperation with Regionförbund Kalmar. During that time I learned how to be a good leader and develop my rhetoric skills. I also learned to take responsibility and to plan my work. As part of this work, in 2017 I was able to participate in a conference on social orientation in Malmö. There I got to talk about my work as a dialogue leader in the programme.
